2、红薯粉是自己家做的,还没有晒干,红薯粉比较的长先从中间切断,再起锅倒入清水,把红薯粉冷水下锅煮软。

3、煮红薯粉的时间来切点配菜:大蒜切碎,生姜切成丝,胡萝卜也切成丝备用。

4、把油豆腐和前腿肉也切成丝备用。

5、切一些泡椒,把大蒜叶切成斜刀。

6、把红薯粉煮至软软的,打入冷水中凉一下,等会煮的时候不容易断。

7、起锅倒油,油烧至冒青烟放点自己家做的辣椒酱炒香,没有辣椒酱的可以用豆瓣酱,把大蒜也放下去炒香。
