中筋面粉400克、盐2克、蛋�?个(57克)、室温水�?35克、肉末、盐、胡椒粉、生抽、蚝油、料酒、白糖、葱姜水、老抽、香油、生�?/p>

第四步:在案板上撒上适量生粉(也可以是玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉),再取出松弛好的面团,用擀面杖压开、再擀成长方形;接着用擀面杖把面皮卷起,再次边推、边卷、边擀开;都做好后,轻轻抽出擀面杖�?/p>

第五步:把面皮折叠好,用擀面杖稍加按压,然后再次把面皮分开,边分开边擀,记得要撒上干粉防粘哦!边推边转着擀,把面皮擀到合适的厚度即可�?/p>

第六步:切去皮子边缘不整齐的部分,再轻轻抽出擀面杖,切掉皮子的两头;然后把面皮切成馄饨皮的宽度,,切好后把小卷发开,切成正方形的馄饨皮子即可�?/p>
