今天我来教大家做,正宗的哈尔滨能喝汤的牛奶麻辣烫!这可不是瞎乱做哦!麻辣烫起源于四川,崛起于黑龙江哈尔滨,由东北人改良,变得不像四川的那么辣,让大多数人可以接受,特别是受到年轻人的青睐,以好吃过瘾,类似微型火锅,口味可以自己调配,连汤都可以喝,出餐速度快深受上班族喜爱,但是由于疫情,大家可能很长时间没有吃到一份可口的麻辣烫了。

今天我就来教你在家做,绝对不比任何一家品牌麻辣烫逊色的家庭版麻辣烫!

原材料:

  1. 自己喜欢的丸子。 2.自己喜欢的面类(我用的是玉米面条,肥羊粉,珠江面)

3.自家能买到的和喜欢吃的青菜(我用的是油麦菜,生菜,菠菜)

4.纯牛奶两袋 5.牛油火锅底料一块 6.麻将 7.熟花生米(有视频教程)8.辣椒油(有视频教程)9.大蒜多准备一点

*** 过程:

1.将准备好的丸子有水清洗,解冻。

2.将准备好的面条全部打开,需咬用水提前泡的咬提前泡水。

3.蔬菜洗摘干净。

4.下面我们来兑麻辣烫的灵魂《麻酱汁》取纯芝麻酱5小勺,加入腐乳汁,盐,鸡精,耗油,香油,水,调泄开(干一点调着,不要像有一些麻辣烫店一样,整稀得溜的)

5.用手动搅蒜器,或者用刀剁点蒜末,越细越好。分两份,其中一份用等量的水泡着。在多整点花生碎。


6.接下来 *** 麻辣烫的肉体,底汤。锅烧底油,下火锅底料炒化,加入蒜末炸香,加入两袋纯牛奶,和清水,量不用太多。最后用盐,鸡精,白糖调口。





7.开锅煮5-10分钟,用密漏打去料渣。倒入容器中。(我们两口子比较能吃,所以用盆,哈哈)


8.把锅刷干净,烧清水,下入麻辣烫的原材料。根据食材的成熟速度依次下入(我的顺序是,面,化好的丸子,青菜)

9.将煮好的原材料,捞出控水,放入底汤,简单的搅拌一下,不然中间容易没有味道。

10.最后依次在原材料上按照个人口味加入,麻酱汁,蒜末水,花生碎(有视频教程)辣椒油也就是自制的红油(有视频教程)




这自己在家做的麻辣烫,实惠还好吃,省下的钱买排骨它不香吗?就是这么硬,嘎嘎香!


注意事项:

  1. 自己做麻辣烫的食材可以随意搭配,不要局限,就像自己在店里吃一样随意即可!
  2. 在调制麻酱汁,底汤的时候盐口不要给多了,淡了可以加盐,咸了很难办!
  3. 煮至食材的时候一定要分清食材的成熟顺序(要是拿捏不准就分类煮)
  4. 不能吃辣的可以不用火锅底料,这就是这个麻辣烫的厉害之处。
